Storage space is available by lease agreement at a cost of $35 per bike.
Bicycle Rules & Regulations
Payment is due at signing of Lease Agreement. All bicycles are assigned numbered stickers for identification and a Bike Room will be assigned. Bike Rooms are accessible by resident’s security key FOB and are available only to those assigned to that storage room. Any bicycle without proper identification will be removed from the storage room and if unclaimed or unpaid for, will be donated to charity.Lockers
Lockers renew each year at a cost of $35 per locker. Lockers are not available for all units at the present time; however, residents are invited to place their name on the locker waiting list, maintained by the Management Office. There is no guarantee as to when the requested locker may become available.

You will be receiving all of the forms listed below through the mail once a year in the spring.
