9600 Condo Parking Policy
9600 Condominiums features a 4 level indoor parking garage. One parking space is allocated to each unit and parking spaces do not transfer with the sale of a unit. New owners receive an assigned parking space on the highest available floor.
If you wish to request a lower floor or different space you are invited to place your name on the Parking Waiting List, which is maintained in the 9600 Association Management Office. There are no guarantees as to when the requested space will become available.
All cars parking in the garage must have a parking sticker affixed to the rear driver’s side window. Occasional visitors must obtain a temporary parking permit in order to use a unit owner’s assigned space or a temporary space approved by the Management Office.
9600 does not maintain extra parking spaces for guest use.
Owners and Tenants must provide complete vehicle information to 9600 for any car parking in the garage. Information includes: State of registration, Year, Make , Model, Color and License Plate Number.Parking rules and regulations are strictly enforced. All unauthorized vehicles will be booted or towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Assigned Parking Begins on Friday , May 21st at 9:00am~ You must display a 9600 parking sticker on your vehicle!
