PARKING
9600 Condominiums features a 4 level indoor parking garage. One parking space is allocated to each unit. and parking spaces do not transfer with the sale of a unit. New owners receive an assigned parking space on the highest available floor. [more info]

9600 Condominiums maintains storage rooms for resident’s bicycles. Storage space is available by lease agreement at a cost of $25 per bike. [more info]
